Welcome to Petite Floral Studio. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.

1. 💐 Orders

  • All floral arrangements are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value when specific blooms are unavailable due to seasonal or supplier limitations.
  • Orders placed after 12:15 PM (AWST) will be processed for the next delivery day, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

2. 🚚 Delivery Policy

  • We offer same-day flower delivery Monday to Saturday within Bicton, Fremantle, the City of Melville, and surrounding Perth suburbs.
  • Orders must be placed by 12:15 PM AWST for same-day delivery.
  • We cannot guarantee specific delivery times but will do our best to accommodate time-of-day requests (e.g. AM/PM delivery).
  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery information, including recipient name, full address, and contact number.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe place or returned to the studio at the discretion of our delivery team. A redelivery fee may apply.

3. 🌼 Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A photo may be requested, and outcomes (refund, redelivery, or store credit) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. 💳 Payments

  • All prices listed are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
  • Full payment is required at the time of placing an order, via our secure checkout.

5. 🔐 Privacy

  • Your privacy is important to us. Personal information is used only for order fulfillment and communication and will never be shared or sold.

6. 📅 Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled more than 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery may be eligible for a refund, minus any admin or processing fees.
  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of the delivery date may not be eligible for a refund if the preparation has already begun.

7. 📸 Product Representation

  • Product images on our website represent the overall style and colour palette. Every arrangement is individually handcrafted and may vary slightly depending on floral availability and season.

8. 🔄 Terms Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
