TERMS & CONDITIONS

Petite floral studio promises fresh flower and style and value of every order.

All our Flower bouquets and floral arrangements includes a card, gift wrap, delivery and GST.

The arrangements presented in the photos are based on seasonal flowers, so depending on when you order, your arrangement may not always present exactly the same. We ensure that the essence of these bouquets are always captured despite the variations of flowers used.

Petite floral studio reserves the right to make the appropriate substitutions to the order to ensure that your flowers are of the highest standard.

Delivery conditions

Petite floral studio  is open 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to saturday  (We are closed on Sunday and Public Holidays.)

Petite floral studio delivers flower daily throughout Perth Metro and surrounds from Monday to Saturday

Orders may be placed on-line for same day delivery prior to 12.00pm. If you are unable to meet this cut-off time or have a specific preference or request please contact us by phone on (08) 93393705 we will try our best  to ensure orders are executed within the requested time. Delivery will be made on the date requested between 9am to 6pm

If a redelivery is required due to an incorrect address that has been provided a redelivery fee may apply.

Flowers may be returned to our store for collection if it is deemed unsafe to leave the order at the door.

Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, age care facility, nursing homes,, restaurants, funeral homes,churches and cemetery  and may be handled by a third party.

If the recipient is not at home to accept your gift, our couriers will leave the item in a secure location if possible at the allocated delivery address. Where a secure location cannot be identified, our couriers will leave a “sorry we missed you ” card in the letterbox of the delivery address advising your recipient to contact us and the flowers will be returned to our Studio

Returns and Refunds

We value your business and want you to be 100% happy with your store purchase.

We do not do Cash or Card refunds.

We only offer exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged.

To be eligible for an Exchange or Gift card refund, items should be returned in their original condition within 24 hours

Interstate and International Orders

If you would like Petite floral studio to organise a delivery of flowers Interstate or Internationally we can arrange for an order to be sent through Interflora.

CANCELLATION

Should you need to cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded  ONLY IF notice is received by Petite floral studio 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice prior to the date of delivery will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been created and are in the process of being delivered.

 

Due to COVID 19 situation there is high demand supply issue so flowers may be substituted but we will make sure it looks similar to one in product category using only premium stem of flowers
